Prada presents Hot Rod Flaming Shoes for the Spring/Summer 2012. Footwear fashion

Hot Rod Flaming Shoes are all the talk after Prada started its Spring/Summer 2012 footwear collection campaign. The Hot Rod Flaming Shoes were inspired by American racing cars so popular in the 1950s. Popular to this day, "Hot Rod" are vintage, but very powerful cars. The cars make loud engine noises as they go at high speeds. Prada designer shoes are inspired by high speeds of these cars and feature a collection of "flaming" shoes in blue, green, beige, black and, of course, colors of fire - yellow and red. Once again, Prada goes for a little bit of shock value in the new collection.

Fashion lovers worldwide are already speaking about these Hot Rod flame shoes designed by Prada for the 2012 season.

Vogue and Elle magazines helped to unveil these colorful Hot Rod collection early February. It has been predicted by many fashion editors to be the most coveted footwear of Summer 2012.

The colorful high-heeled shoes make the largest statement. With fire flames extending several inches off the heel, these shoes scream of power and strength.

Perhaps the shoes that make the strongest statement feature large red flames around the ankle and onto the heel. It makes me think of Devil Wears Prada slogan, but hotter and scarier version.
